To use our services or apply for financing, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence), a legal resident of the United States, and capable of entering into a binding contract. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
United Auto Credit USA provides auto financing services, including pre-qualification, loan origination, and loan servicing for consumers seeking vehicle financing. Our loan amounts range from $200 to $5,000. All financing is subject to credit approval and verification of the information provided in your application. Pre-qualification does not guarantee final loan approval.
Submitting a pre-qualification application authorizes us to obtain a soft credit inquiry to evaluate your financing options. If you choose to proceed with a formal application, you authorize us to obtain a full credit report (hard inquiry), verify your employment and income, and contact your references. Loan approval, rates, terms, and conditions are determined based on our underwriting criteria and may vary by applicant.
If approved, the specific terms of your auto loan — including principal amount, interest rate, loan term, monthly payment, and total cost of borrowing — will be set forth in a separate Retail Installment Contract or Loan Agreement. That agreement, not these Terms, governs the specific terms of your loan. Please review all loan documents carefully before signing.
You agree not to use our Site or services to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or communication; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access our Site without permission; interfere with the proper functioning of our Site; or violate any applicable local, state, or federal law.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of United Auto Credit USA or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
